＜スイートパンプキン/スイートポテトのかぼちゃ版＞
Soft Jack-O-Lantern
■材料
・かぼちゃ 400g程度
・バター 30g
・砂糖 40g
・生クリーム 大さじ1
・卵黄 1個分
■作り方/手順
1.電子レンジで加熱し柔らかくしておいたカボチャを潰す
2.お鍋にバター、カボチャ、砂糖、生クリームを入れて混ぜる
3.ラップを使って生地を天板に丸く落とす
4.250度のオーブンで3分焼く
5.お好みの顔を描いて完成
